Staffing plan during Covid-19 pandemic

During this unprecedented time, the majority of Clarity staff will be working remotely. As IT folks, we are well prepared to work from just about anywhere which means we can continue to support you and your organization no matter what comes our way.


Our help desk/call center will continue to function as it does now and we do not anticipate any interruption in any services we provide remotely.


We will be restricting onsite visits for the near term and will update this page as we receive guidance from the CDC and other government entities.


Any emergent needs for onsite assistance will be evaluated by management and determined on a case by case basis.
